A family Spit trip! I had always wanted to get out to the Spit, which juts way out into the Strait of Juan de Fuca. My parents rented a house in Sequim and Susan, Sara and I (no Bella, sniff sniff) stayed with them for a weekend. During our perambles on the Spit we found some cool conglomerates, spied a seal, and did some birdwatching. A nice hike, although it is difficult to walk on the cobble beach!
